Return Process

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

  Drop Off

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you via email as soon as the tracking information updates.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
